BOTTOM OF LANGAN LANE IN ZANESVILLE The majority of the blacks that reside on these streets in the City of Zanesville do not have water provided by the City of Zanesville or Muskingum County, while the majority of the whites who live on Langan Lane and Coal Run Road do. The blacks must have their water trucked in a stored in a underground cisterns. Many of the blacks have lived without public water service for more than 45 years. |
